WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I GET?
I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us was not amazing. Perhaps trying a different flavored product would change that ;-)
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not have a cancellation or refund policy option. However, you are able to modify your order at least 5 days in advance of delivery/pick up date. Send us an email with your order/invoice number and that can be arranged.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THROUGH THE SITE?
No, we accept cash app, apple pay, and cash payments. However, if you are using an alternate payment method you must pay at the time of order. The only exception is cash -- which can be paid the day of delivery/pick up.
HOW LONG DOES EACH PRODUCT LAST?
Pouches: Can be preserved frozen for up to 15 days
Jell-O Syringes/Shot Cups: Can remain fresh with refrigeration
Fraco Pops: Can last up to 30 days when frozen
DO YOU SHIP?
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to currently ship our products. Meeting arrangements can occur under certain circumstances. Contact us about those negotiations.
MY PRODUCT SPILLED. CAN I GET ANOTHER FOR FREE?
Our product containers are received from a third-party retailer and can sometimes be defective. With that in mind we do advise the following:
To prevent accidental spillage, keep Pouches and Fraco Pops in an upright position
To prevent accidental spillage, replace caps on Jell-O Syringes when not consuming
For all products, follow refrigeration & freezer instructions
